Voda specialises in design, development, planning, architectural project management and delivery of commercial and retail projects. Voda was originally established as C & R Project Management in 2002. Since August 2010 the company has established a presence in Hawthorn East and in employs 6 full time architectural staff.
The practice combines the talents of Slavica Blajer, Ljupco Lazarevski and Robert Janky, equipping Voda with the skills, experience and bring a “hands on” approach necessary to address any project of any size.

As well as our in-house team, we maintain relationships with a number of specialist firms and consultants whose specialist skills complement our own. This gives us the flexibility to access additional resources when necessary to provide the best possible team for each individual project.
With 20 years experience in Australia and overseas; Ljupco has worked with many leading architectural firms and for one of Australia’s largest names (Westfield Design and construction). Over this time he has made his mark in projects ranging from commercial, including major tenants like Coles Safeway, Kmart and Big W, retail, industrial and high-end residential. With substantial experience and a commitment to good design, documentation, project management and healthy client relationships Ljupco has delivered projects across the residential, retail and commercial spectrum. In overseas positions he has been involved with major urban and town planning projects in government departments.
Robert is an Architectural draftsperson / CAD Operator and Project Manager with 25 years experience across a wide range of projects. He has worked with KFC, Westfield documenting and constructing retail projects and previously number of well known architectural firms producing commercial, retail, sports, public buildings and all forms of residential projects both in Australia and overseas.
With almost 30 years experience in Australia and overseas; Slavica has worked with many of Australia’s leading architectural firms and for some of Australia’s largest names (Buchan Laird and Bowden – Buchan Group). Over this time she has made her mark in projects ranging from commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and high-end residential. Slavica has a strong eye for detail and her experience with contract documentation and administration is unparalleled. Slavica is highly respected by clients and the project team alike for her strong leadership and communication skills.
David is an Architectural Draftsperson / CAD Operator of 23 years having worked in the UK and Australia with wide experience ranging from energy efficient residential design, retail and commercial design for the Southgate Complex, hotel interior design and gaming facilities, Hospital Refurbishment, educational facilities, shopping centre, child care and was responsible for part of the 7-Eleven suburban refurbishment program. David is also a designer of some repute providing furniture design, interior design and has had a number public sculptures exhibited and installed.
Lim KL is an Architectural Draftsman / CAD Operator who has worked in Malaysia and Australia and has worked for a number of medium and large architectural firms across residential, resort, retail and industrial projects for locations in New Zealand and China. He has also worked at Westfield Design and Construction on the Doncaster and West Lakes (SA) redevelopments before joining Voda for the last few years.
